- Temple Mount is a place where god chose the Divine Presence to rest. Temple Mount is located Jerusalem.
Sacred Text
- Torah is a book of laws for the Jewish people. The law is contained in the first five books of the bible.
- Midrash is a text with homiletic stories.
- Responsa
- The Septuagint is a roman numeral acronym LXX refer to the legendary seventy Jewish professor who translated the five books of Moses.
- The Zohar is not just one book but a couple of books. The books include scriptural interpretations, material on theosophic theology, mythical cosmogony, mystical psychology, and what some would call anthropology.

- The Jewish Bow several times during a prayer. They first bend there knees, then bend forward while straitening their knees and then standing up, they do this seven times.
Ceremonies & Rituals
- Brit Millah – this takes place on the 8th day of a baby boy’s life. This ritual is called circumcision.
- Brit Hayyim/Brit Bat – this is a naming ceremony for a baby girl. This also takes place on the 8th day of a baby girl’s life.
- Bar Mitzvah - A ceremony for boys at the age of 13. It makes a Jewish boy’s entry into the community as an adult.
- Bat Mitzvah - A ceremony for girls, it can be held for females as young as 12.
- Kiddushin - The Jewish marriage ceremony and includes the ritual breaking of a glass underfoot. The breaking of the glass is an act to commemorate the destruction of the Jewish temple in 70 C.E.
